One year ago, I found four iron pieces that at one time must have been part of an iron fence. I gave one to my friend Leslie and we decided to make angels. She made the trek down to my garage where we set up to start our creations. But first things first, we had to look at each other’s stashes which jump started our creativity. I loved watching how using the same base piece, we both created something unique. It was fun to feed off of each other and we look forward to more collaborations.

Here’s Leslie’s creation. The picture of Frida is just a stand in until she could go home and add a picture of her own.

I appreciate that feeling, the energy. I used to love my stamp classes when we were all given the same set of materials and created entirely different projects. Very cool.
